Shipping policy
We dispatch all order with Aramex as per handling time as mentioned in each and every products. The general delivery timeline once dispatched will be of 5-7 working days. This is on maximum side and you will receive your products earlier than mentioned. Please refer below for detailed questions and answers.
Q1 - How long it will take for my order to be delivered?
There are 2 timelines to be considered. First is Stock status – That is mentioned on each and every page. For example- ships in 24 hours or ships in 2-3 days etc. Once the order is shipped – Aramex/Shipglobal/India post/DHL/FEDEX will deliver it in 5-15 working days.
When we use independent carriers to deliver orders, we base the estimated delivery dates upon information provided to us by the independent carriers. We cannot determine your exact delivery time, but we can tell you if your order has been shipped, and whether or not there are any problems with it that have been reported to us that could delay delivery. To check the delivery status of your order, visit the order status page after login. For more specific delivery details, please refer to your order.
Q-2 - Shipping Charges for USA and UK?
For USA
If Order Value in Between 1 USD to 149 USD then Standard Delivery charges will be 15 USD.
If Order Value Above 149.01 USD then Standard Delivery charges will be 9 USD.
If Order Value Above 1 USD then Express Delivery charges will be 99 USD.
For Canada,United Kingdom, Morocco,Nepal, Mexico
If Order Value in Between 1 USD to 50 USD then Standard Delivery charges will be 9 USD.
If Order Value Above 50.01 USD then Standard Delivery will be FREE.
f Order Value Above 1 USD then Express Delivery charges will be 49 USD.
Q-3 - Do I have to wait at my house or office all day for my delivery?
For your security and protection, it’s best to have someone available to sign for your order between the hours of 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. It is better to contact regional Aramex/Shipglobal/India Post /DHL /FEDEX office for obtaining delivery time.
Q-4 - Can I specify a delivery date/time for my order?
We are unable to specify a particular time and particular day for your order to be delivered. We can just give estimation.
Q-5 - I won’t be available to accept my delivery. What do I do?
At the time of placing an order, if you want to exclude any particular timeline for your absence, please mention the same in order comment section. Do note that we will make best effort as a part of our customer satisfaction policy but it will not be guaranteed due to operational constrain. If you forgot to enter the said comments then make sure that you send an email to us in this regard before your order is dispatched.
Q-6 - I entered wrong delivery address, what should i do now?
In the event on above mentioned circumstances, please make sure contact us by phone or email immediately before the order is dispatched. In the event when order is already dispatched, it will be difficult to rectify the same. We will still make it but it may result in bit delayed delivery.
Q-7 - Can I have different shipping and billing address?
At present while placing an order, you can enter only one address so kindly enter Delivery Address only. Mail us if you want bill on different name, we will send you soft copy.
Q-8 What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled delivery date?
If you don’t receive your order by 7:00 pm on the estimated delivery date, kindly revert with your order id and we will follow up with courier partner.
Q-9 I received most of my order, but I’m missing one item, what should I do?
First check your order and shipment confirmation emails to determine if your missing item is scheduled to ship separately. If you’re missing item was scheduled to arrive with other items, but was missing, please contact us.
Cancelling an Order
We understand that sometime you need to cancel the order even after it is placed. If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at vinkal.shopify@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped may take some time for cancellation. For Cancellation of orders before shipped, Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 10-14 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Your money is 100% safe and it is our responsibility till you get your money back into your account.
Complaints:
- Quality -if found to be different than description will be replaced. Return freight will be borne by us and new will be sent at our cost too.
- Damaged in transit -do not accept the goods. If very urgent then please mention same on the courier slip/transporter LR before accepting the same.
- Please intimate the quantity of damaged pcs with proof by attaching pictures by email and we will refund your money/credit your account /replace the defective goods.
- If the customer cancels any order before order dispatch, then the money would be refunded. In case the shipment has been dispatched, then refund would be given, but Customers will have to wait till we receive back the product from courier against canceled orders.
- In case of damage, kindly do not accept.
In case of manufacturing defect, goods will be replaced/refunded as per your choice.
